Who is Jumply?

We are a family owned business, based in Melbourne. We have a beautiful  daughter and son who are our inspiration for everything that we do. All of our products have been carefully designed to make mum's and dad's lives a little bit easier.

What postal service does Jumply use?

We use a courier service for most orders. Where the order is to a P.O. Box or to a remote area, we use Australia Post

Can I use a P.O. BOX?

Yes you can, however our courier service does not ship to P.O. boxes so we will need to use Australia Post. If it is possible, please enter a street address so that we can get you your order faster 😊

What is the processing time?

1-2 business days. But 95% of orders are sent either the same or next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Courier Service: Generally between three and seven business days after it has been picked up. This time may vary depending on your location in Australia and any unforeseen circumstances that may occur.

Australia Post (P.O. Box): Two to five business days to Eastern States and five to eight days to Western Australia.

Please note that due to high demand on shipping services right now, some parcels may take longer.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, you can select this option at the checkout

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive the tracking information via email and/or Facebook Messenger, depending on what information you have provided in the checkout.

What if the product I want is sold out?

There will be a button on the product page which will let us know that you would like to be contacted when we are back in stock.
